How about joining us for the new term Sunday services as we return to explore what God had to say to his people through Samuel their first prophet, when they were desperate for a human King - not that this was such a dreadful request in and of itself, except insofar as we discover their intention in making the demand - contrary to their very first commandment given by Moses when the nation was first established, they must not have any other gods before their creator God - and that for their good, never mind God's honour and command.
